Swissquote und PostFinance
«Today, we’re launching a new era in Switzerland’s mobile banking history.» These were the first words spoken to the public by Yuh, back then a brand-new financial app from PostFinance and Swissquote – and they’ve kept their promise. Yuh marked the first time that payments, savings and investments could be undertaken with one single mobile app. But that wasn’t enough: Yuh has hugely expanded its features on an ongoing basis. Its benefits now include fractional trading, something that no other Swiss provider offers in this respect. That’s not to mention, of course, the fact that it simply pays interest back into the holder’s account. Back to the future!
GRIP has been assisting Yuh from the get-go and organised their market launch with an exceptionally successful online media event (due to COVID-19). Since then, GRIP has been guiding their media office and the newsroom, supporting Yuh on social media and more. Thanks to ongoing in-depth discussions, Yuh has also made a name for itself among journalists as an expert in mobile finance.
Despite its success, Yuh still has the feel of a start-up and involves the community in its further development. It’s even developed its own language. If you want to be part of the «Yuhniverse», you’re not just a boring client: you’re a «Yuhser». Of course, the finance app’s birthday is its «Yuhniversary».
To celebrate the first Yuhniversary, the creative agency Cavalcade launched a campaign focused on love, while GRIP sent journalists love letters and thanked them for the lovely moments in this short relationship so far.
The MarCom services and love campaigns are the brainchild of the creative agency Cavalcade.
From Yuh2You: handwritten love letters to journalists to thank them for all the lovely moments in the short relationship so far.
