use of artificial intelligence



Artificial intelligence is a powerful technology - it can speed up processes, provide inspiration and open up new possibilities. But it cannot replace us.

At GRIP, people, creativity and strategic thinking always take center stage. For us, AI is a tool, not a decision-maker.

Our aim is to use AI in such a way that it meets our high quality standards and creates real added value for our customers - without compromising on ethics, transparency and responsibility.

These principles are non-negotiable for us.

 

Our attitude:
Clear. Responsible. Human.

1. AI remains a tool - responsibility remains human.

  • AI supports us, but it does not make decisions. We use AI in a conscious and controlled manner - with human supervision and critical reflection.
  • If necessary for transparency and context, we will indicate the use of AI.
  • Our processes ensure that AI-generated content is carefully checked and meaningfully integrated into our work.


2. Data protection is non-negotiable.

  • Confidential data remains confidential. Personal information is not entered into AI systems.
  • We adhere strictly to the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and the European GDPR standards.
  • Every AI technology used is checked for data protection compliance.


3. No use of AI at any price.

We do not use AI for:

  • Manipulative content or improper use (e.g. deepfakes, disinformation, fake news)
  • Automated decisions with personal influence (e.g. for job applications)
  • Abusive identity falsification or simulation of real voices & personalities


4. AI is a game changer - and we remain open to it.

  • We test, reflect on and adapt new AI technologies.
  • We proactively advise our clients on opportunities and risks - not as blind supporters, but as critical experts.
  • If our customers want to use AI more extensively, we analyze the effects together and adapt the collaboration accordingly.


How we use AI at GRIP

AI helps us to work better and more efficiently - but it does not take control.
We use AI specifically for:

  • Data analysis & research: Fast market, media and trend analyses.
  • Content creation: Idea generation, text and image generation, whereby this is not an automated process but always takes place under human control.
  • Translations & transcriptions: Support for multilingualism & accessibility.

 

We remain vigilant & flexible.

AI technologies are developing rapidly. We therefore regularly review our position and adapt it to new ethical, legal and technological developments.

AI will only ever be as good as the people who use it. And we at GRIP decide how we use it.
